Mould Removal
The Awaabs Law in regards to mould issues in residential lettings is to take effect in the summer of 2023. We are fully trained to remove all traces of mould from your property and give you professional advice on after-care to help prevent mould regrowth, we also offer an annual mould inspection service for a small fee post treatment. Mould is a category 1 Hazard-as dangerous as asbestos.
Death and Trauma
With a sensitive and compassionate view on handling grievances in mind, we work with families and authorities to provide a fast response service to remove all traces of trauma as quickly as possible in a discreet manner.
We also offer a retrieval service for any personal items from a property or accident location at the next of kin’s request.
Fire & Soot - Toxic Odours
We understand the devastating impact that fire can have on a property, often leaving them out of action for an extended period of time. We can restore and neutralise properties following fire damage, removing all traces of soot & toxic odours enabling the property to become safe again.

Addiction and
Mental Health
Individuals with substance addiction and alcoholism may reside in or have left a dwelling in a hazardous condition with needles/ bodily fluids and contaminated items left within the property.
We would undertake a needle sweep and sharps removal service followed by a disinfection method called fogging and disposal of hazardous/ standard waste. Each setting is different and will be tailored to the individual circumstance.
